John Mathieu from the University of Connecticut (and a frequent gOE collaborator) along with gOE team members Scott Tannenbaum, Jamie Donsbach, and George Alliger published an article that examines how team composition can affect team performance. It is published in the Journal of Management, one of the premier management and applied psychology journals, and provides a deep dive into team composition models.
