We Learn
We enhance organizational effectiveness through our own continual learning process which takes two forms: The on-going development, advancement, and application of new knowledge and tools to support organizational effectiveness; and by building our knowledge of client-specific issues, needs, and tools to be more effective partners.
"We learn" in several ways:
- By conducting company-sponsored research and development projects
- Through our engagement in externally funded research initiatives
- By sponsoring our own continual research and development efforts
- By continually reviewing and translating the latest journal findings and books
- Through our involvement with many talented individuals, organizations, and associations
We are proud to have won research awards for our work from the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the National Academy of Management.
